1) Conducted by specialists of LLC "RPC "Navigator" together with specialists from client-enterprises experimental cleaning and disinfection with the help of detergents of "Rapin" trade mark, selection of cleaning and disinfecting detergents, concentrations, temperature conditions, adapted to some definite sort of dirtying on some definite enterprise;

2) Calculation of rates of application of technical detergents, disinfecting technical detergents and economic effect on condition of using "Rapin" detergents;

3) Developing of a cleaning program for an individual enterprise;

4) Identification of new tasks in sanitation, working out requirement’s specification for developing of detergents, needed for solving this tasks, experimental tests on requesters enterprises, in case the results are positive — organizing industrial production of a new detergent (in such a way appeared specially researched detergents for vacuum evaporators, in research state is detergent for installations of ultra- and nanofiltration for enterprises of milk industry).

In B2C system (auto and household chemicals for individual consumers):

1) Studying the consumers demand in direct contact with customer (on exhibitions, in sales outlets, wholesale customers);

2) Existence of a flexible discount system;

3) Piggy-back promotion, providing sales outlets with an attendant advertising production
