Construction of the factory producing professional cleaning and disinfecting detergents.
Short description:
This given investment project presupposes creation of enterprise which produces professional cleaning and disinfecting detergents on the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”. The aim is increasement of production volume, export potential, technical level, quality and reliability of the production.
Project’s state:
LLC “Scientific and Production Company “Navigator” is an operating enterprise and resident of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”. It is one of the leading Belarussian producers of professional cleaning and disinfecting detergents under the trademarks “Rapin” and “Navisan”.
Project’s realization stages:
а) Contract was signed. Design work is being hold on “Projection of production building with administrative and process sections in the town of Grodno, Skidelskoe freeway, 20”. Projecting is done by LLC “ZovSpecProect”, Grodno, on the basis of contract №036/2009 from 15th of May 2009.
b) Conract was also signed for geological engineering survey with LLC “ZOV-specgeologia” “Geological engineering survey for projection of production shops on the basis of SPC “Navigator”.
Right now enterprise is looking for investors for this project.

1,26 mln. USD required

Company “Navigator” supplies with its production more than 600 agricultural enterprises, food and reclamation industries, medicoprophylactic and educational institutions, cleaning companies, enterprises of hotel and restaurant service, transport enterprises and car service centers.
During the year 2008 sale proceeds were 2,87 mln. USD. And net proceeds were – 0,49 mln. USD.
For the ten months of the year 2009 proceeds are already at the level of 2008 and make up 2.87 mln. USD.
The enterprise is planning to save the leading positions at the gained market segments selling technical cleaning and disinfecting detergents for milk, meat and reclamation branches of food industry, enterprises of agricultural sector. Enterprise is also planning to increase the segmentation by developing the production for machinery, alcoholic, beer and non-alcoholic beverage enterprises of food industry, poultry factories.
To become one of the two leading companies producing professional technical and disinfecting detergents on the Belarussian market by the year 2011. With a market share (including all trade marks) of 55% from the total volume of all the detergents produced in Belarus in money equivalent.
